1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ht999 website located at https://ht999.bio (the "Platform"), registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team to request account closure. Accessing any part of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms govern the relationship between ht999 ("we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "your", "Player") who creates an account, accesses the Platform, or uses any of the gaming services offered through it. ht999 operates as an entertainment platform offering online casino games and sports betting services to eligible adult players in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ht999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or bet.

ht999 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a national identification card (NID), passport, or equivalent — to verify age and eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in temporary suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Geographic Restrictions

ht999 primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform is lawful in their location. ht999 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited is done at the Player's own risk, and ht999 accepts no liability arising from such access.

3 Account Registration & Management

To participate in any real-money game or place any wager on the Platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate, parallel, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected that belong to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — ht999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and retain any winnings generated through the duplicate account(s) as a penalty for the breach.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ht999 will never proactively contact you to request your password by any channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify ht999 of any unauthorised access by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon such notification, ht999 will take reasonable steps to secure the account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ht999 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks. KYC may be triggered at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or at any other time at ht999's discretion. Documents typically requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ht999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through our supported payment methods. Third-party fees charged by your mobile financial service provider or bank are outside ht999's control and are your responsibility.

Supported Payment Methods

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, however cumulative daily deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and KYC status. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of account identity and payment method ownership before processing. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: 1–4 hours for standard verified accounts; same-day for VIP Gold and above

• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution

ht999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of an active dispute. In such cases, the affected player will be notified by email or live chat message.

Withdrawals can only be paid to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum.

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of a genuine ht999 transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, ht999 reserves the right to close the account, void all outstanding balances, and pursue recovery of amounts owed through appropriate legal channels.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ht999 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which take precedence over the general provisions in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, time limits, and minimum odds thresholds are stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

ht999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following conduct is considered abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus balances, voiding of associated winnings, and permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Coordinating with other players to collectively fulfil wagering requirements in a risk-free manner
• Placing opposing bets across different accounts to guarantee wagering completion
• Exploiting errors in bonus crediting or promotional mechanics
• Any other conduct that ht999 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith

Promotion Modifications

ht999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already made a qualifying deposit but before the bonus has been credited, ht999 will honour the promotion in respect of that qualifying deposit. Changes affecting ongoing active bonuses will be communicated to affected players by account notification.

VIP Programme

Eligible players may be invited to join the ht999 VIP Programme across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP benefits include enhanced cashback rates, expedited withdrawal processing, a dedicated account manager, and access to exclusive seasonal promotions. Membership in the VIP Programme does not confer any contractual right to specific benefits beyond those expressly set out in the current VIP Programme documentation. ht999 may amend VIP tier criteria or benefits at any time.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ht999 is committed to providing a fair, honest, and transparent gaming environment for all players. Prohibited Activities

Integrity of Sports Markets

Bets placed on sports markets — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — must reflect genuine predictive judgement on the outcome of sporting events. Any bet placed with advance knowledge of the outcome (match-fixing), or in coordination with individuals involved in the relevant sporting contest, is prohibited and will be voided. ht999 cooperates with relevant sporting integrity bodies and reserves the right to share information regarding suspicious betting patterns.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ht999, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Interruptions to the Platform arising from scheduled maintenance, technical faults, server outages, or events beyond our reasonable control
• Errors in game display, odds calculation, or payout computation caused by software defects
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from events outside ht999's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including promotional content
• Decisions made by third-party game providers affecting game availability or payout structure

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ht999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Platform Availability

ht999 targets high availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance is carried out during off-peak hours and communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. ht999 accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform unavailability during live betting events or time-sensitive promotional windows.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates services from third-party providers including game studios, payment processors, and live streaming partners. ht999 is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services beyond what is contractually guaranteed between ht999 and the relevant provider. Disputes arising directly from the conduct of a third-party provider should be directed to that provider in the first instance, with ht999 acting as a facilitator where appropriate.

8 Amendments & Termination

Amendments to These Terms

ht999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms, with the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, constitutes the binding agreement between you and ht999. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — ht999 will provide at least 7 days' notice by account notification, email, or prominent notice on the Platform before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ht999 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any outstanding balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳1,000. Active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account Suspension or Closure by ht999

ht999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Request by the account holder under the self-exclusion programme
• Inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero account balance
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure

Where an account is closed by ht999 due to breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at ht999's discretion, subject to the severity of the breach and any applicable legal constraints.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to the account balance after the dormancy threshold is reached, provided the balance is sufficient. ht999 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fee. Your account balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy charges.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our standard complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. ht999 operates as an entertainment platform and makes no warranties regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
